Custom Hoodies and Tees With No Minimum Order (Yes, Even Just One)

Here's a familiar story. You've got a design you love — an in-joke for your friend group, artwork for your side project, the perfect gift for someone impossible to buy for — and you go looking for custom t-shirt printing. Then you hit the wall every custom shop seems to have: minimum 25 units per design, per style, per colour.

You didn't want 25 hoodies. You wanted one. Maybe three.

So here's the part that surprises people: at Spool, printed custom apparel has no minimum order. One hoodie is an order. One tee is an order. You can shop it online at madebyspool.com.au like any other store — except the design on it is yours.

How it works

  1. Pick your garments — any styles, any sizes, any quantity. One cropped hood for you, a heavy tee for your brother, nothing you don't want.
  2. Add your design — finished artwork or a rough idea; we'll help get it print-ready.
  3. Approve your mockup — you'll see exactly how it looks before we print a thing.
  4. We print and ship — $10 flat shipping anywhere in Australia, or free pickup from Chadstone.

No unit minimums, no per-style walls, no garage full of leftovers.

One design, every cut

The other thing that makes group orders miserable is the compromise garment — one boxy unisex cut that flatters nobody. Our winter range doesn't do compromise cuts: on the women's side alone there are four tee cuts (classic, cropped, heavyweight, relaxed boho), four hoodie styles from cropped to oversized 400gsm, plus crews, polos and jackets. The men's range mirrors it. Whatever shape you like your gear, it exists here — in your size, with your artwork on it.

"Will it fade after three washes?"

Fair question — most cheap custom printing looks great for a month. Two things make the difference:

  • The garment itself. We use AS Colour blanks: combed cotton tees from 180–280gsm and heavyweight 320–400gsm fleece, pre-shrunk and side-seamed so they keep their shape wash after wash.
  • The print. Our prints are made to last without fading — this is gear you'll still be wearing in a few years, not a novelty that cracks by spring.
